Announcement

To expedite the delivery of visa services, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan has launched the Electronic Appointments Portal.

Effective 01.05.2024 only applications received through the afore-mentioned portal will be processed by the Embassy.

Applicants are encouraged to visit the website appointment.mfa.gov.az  to take an online appointment for visa services. The Electronic Appointments Portal is free of charge.

Note:

Please note that only one applicant will be accepted at the time of the appointment. In the case of family/group applications, a separate appointment must be made for each applicant.
